Haihui Group boasts design and research institutions such as the National Enterprise Technology Center and the National Postdoctoral Research Station.

In terms of scientific research and innovation, the group has established a research and development system with the technology center as the main body. It has forged extensive cooperative relationships with numerous universities and research institutions, including Tsinghua University, Tianjin University, China University of Mining and Technology, Shandong University of Science and Technology, Qingdao University, Jinan University, as well as the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences and Tianjin Cement Research Institute. The group has jointly undertaken more than 20 scientific research and industrialization projects, such as the National 863 Program and major special projects for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Shandong Province. In recent years, it has obtained 279 authorized patents, formulated and revised 9 national standards, 16 industry standards, and 3 local standards. The group was awarded the title of Shandong Provincial Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise in 2015, National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise in 2018, and National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise in 2022. At the China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation Conference, it was awarded the title of "China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation Demonstration Enterprise", fully recognizing Haihui Group's achievements in industry-university-research innovation cooperation, promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, independent innovation, and cultivating innovative talents.
